Shipping Policy
Production & Handling: Since every MAKURA product is custom manufactured on-demand, please allow 2–3 business days for precision production and Quality Control (QC) before your item is dispatched.
Domestic shipping: We provide shipping across India. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. For remote locations or North-East regions, please allow 6–7 business days for your package to arrive.
Real-Time Tracking: Transparency is core to our process. As soon as your order leaves our facility, a tracking ID will be sent to you via Email and SMS. You can also monitor your order’s journey in real-time through your Makura Account Dashboard.
Service Integrity: We partner with leading courier services to ensure your designs reach you safely. Please ensure your shipping address and pin code are accurate at checkout to avoid any logistical delays.
Seasonal Note: Please be advised that production timelines and delivery schedules may be extended during peak holiday seasons or national festivals. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique designs.
Return & Replacement Policy
Reporting Defects: In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window will not be eligible for a replacement, as we must verify manufacturing errors promptly.
Resolution Timeline: Once your claim is verified, we will initiate a return and dispatch a replacement. The entire exchange process, from pickup to delivery of the new item, will be completed within 14 business days.
Eligibility Criteria: Since items are custom-manufactured specifically for you, we only accept returns for structural defects, incorrect items received, or significant printing errors. We cannot offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or aesthetic preferences.
Return Condition: To process a replacement, the original item must be kept in its original packaging with all included accessories. Our courier partner will conduct a quick surface-level check during pickup to ensure the item matches the reported defect.

If you encounter an issue with your order, simply reach out to us:
- Take clear photos of the issue (damage or defect).
- Email us at support@makura.world with your Order ID and photos.
- Our support team will review your request within 24 hours.
- If approved, we'll immediately process a free replacement or full refund.
