Since every item is made on-demand, printing and finishing typically takes 2-3 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.

We primarily use high-quality, eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid) which is biodegradable and durable. For some functional parts, we may use PETG or TPU. Product descriptions will always list specific materials.

Because items are made-to-order, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items. If your order arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
